Damage Waiver

Responsibility for rental items remains with the customer from delivery to return. Additional charges will be imposed for damaged or missing items; however, we do offer a Damage Waiver at the price of 10% of the rental. Like an insurance policy, the Damage Waiver protects against charges at full replacement cost for equipment that may become damaged through the normal wear & tear of rental use. It does not cover missing equipment. If you elect to decline the Damage Waiver, a credit card must be on file for damages, even if rental payment is by cash or check.
